How much does a visit cost?
Simple, published rates: $80 for a one-hour visit — that's also the minimum per visit. On jobs of two hours or more, every hour is $60: two hours $120 total, three hours $180. No overtime games, no surprise fees at the door. Parts are charged at cost.
Can I get an exact price before you come?
Usually yes for small jobs. Text a photo of the problem (WhatsApp is best) and say what city you're in — Alex replies with a straight price or an honest time range, and when he can come.
How do I book?

How do I pay?
After the work is done and you've seen the result: Zelle or cash. Never before the job, never a deposit for small repairs.
Who actually shows up?
Alex himself — one master, not a random crew or a subcontractor. The person you text is the person who does the work and answers for it.

What don't you do?
Roofs, major electrical panels and re-piping, water heaters, AC units and anything that legally needs a licensed trade. Alex will tell you straight if your job is one of those — and usually point you to the right kind of specialist.
